A sneek peek of things to come Ghosts supports Kinect controls to navigate menus in Call of Duty Ghosts. Infinity Ward’s Mark Rubin made the revelation to OXM but stated they will proceed cautiously into the technology of adding voice control gaming functionality. I think the addition of voice controls to gaming is a small step in the right direction. But the thought of utilizing Kinect and other platform motion and sound integration could mean that you could get a workout while playing Call of Duty. In fact I predict a huge future in first person shooter games that require physical interaction to control the avatar in gameplay. I think its a natural evolution in gaming to make them as real as possible by not only providing hyper-realistic immersive experiences but also hyper-interactivity.
